SIMPLE VEGAN KALE AN TOFU BLACK BEAN STIR-FRY

Ingredients:
- Kale, carrots, and onion (chopped)
- Tofu (slice into strips)
- Noodles (I used rice noodles)
- Blue dragon black bean sauce

Method:
1) Fry your sliced tofu in some oil in a pan, when it starts to turn golden brown add in your vegetables and fry them too
2) Follow the instructions of how to cook your noodles (I used rice noodles so just had to let them stand in boiling water for 5minutes)
3)When your vegetables and tofu are cooked, add the noodles and fry them too
4) Add your sauce and stir until everything is nicely covered. Keep cooking for a few extra minutes to assure the sauce is warm, then put on a plate and enjoy!
